Employment Terms:
- This role is an 8-9 week internship with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment
- Internship and full-time employment are both fully in-office
- Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Target Start Date: June 2025
- Estimated Salary: $75,000/year
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:
- Support the structuring and planning of projects in the capital management and stress testing space
- Enhance and improve workflow and infrastructure to meet current and future regulatory rules and reporting requirements
- Complete analytics on data, in addition to summarizing and communicating related findings to internal stakeholders, including team members and senior management
- Develop and manage relationships with colleagues from the broader controllers teams, as well as Corporate Treasury; Risk; Legal; and Technology

Digital/Technical Skills - In this job you will demonstrate:
- Intermediate data management skills (such as transferring information, using basic formulas, creating charts/graphs, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) using Microsoft Excel
Education/Knowledge - In this job you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Accounting or Finance degree is nice to have but not required
- CPA, CFA or other relevant industry certification is nice to have but not required
Experience - In this job you need to have:
- Experience (professional, personal, or academic) with Capital Management is nice to have but not required
