Summary:
Title: Full Stack Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Standard working hours (9-5)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Salary: $59,500-$84,000
Target Start Date: January, 2025
Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:
- Work independently and in a team environment to develop Branch Sales applications.
- Review software requirements with the business and technical teams
- Build applications according to the requirements and design specifications.
- As a part of a team, you will participate in all TD Scaled Agile ceremonies.
- Take direction from senior Software Engineers while developing the Branch Sales applications.
- Ability to take ownership of development tasks and reach out for support, as necessary
General Skills and Abilities - You are:
- Have the ability to take direction from senior Software Engineers
- Have the ability to adapt to changes due to un-planned conditions.
- Have the ability to communicate / collaborate with others effectively.
- Have the ability to ask questions of stakeholders during development to ensure realistic expectations
Digital/Technical Skills & Tools - You are:
- Basic to Intermediate skill level with developing applications using Java
- Basic to Intermediate skill level with developing applications using Angular, React or some front-end Javascript framework or libraries.
- Nice to have (but not required):
- Basic skill level with developing applications in Java using Spring Boot framework.
- Basic skill level with Redux state management
- Basic skill level with Public Cloud experience
Education/Knowledge - You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Related Field or Equivalent Experience
Experience (Professional, Academic, Personal) - You:
- No experience required for candidates that have the required technical skills
